Choose the right location
Sunflowers need at least 6-8 hours of sunlight per day. Choose a sunny location.
Use well-drained soil. Some organic compost or manure can be mixed into the soil to improve soil fertility.
No deep plowing is required, just make sure the soil is loose.
Direct sowing: Sow the seeds directly on the soil surface, pressing gently to ensure good contact between the seeds and the soil. The sowing depth is about 2.5-5 cm.
